Embracing Your Ultimate Other: Designing Professional Women’s Leadership

Focusing on women for individual empathy-centred leadership capabilities is strategic, not remedial: it sharpens an existing advantage, counteracts systemic bias and measurably boosts team outcomes. This peer-to-peer support program is for mid to senior level professional women seeking to enhance their leadership skills, navigate personal and professional challenges, and embrace their authentic selves. Upon completing the program, participants will be able to:

  • Articulate a leadership narrative and vision for themselves
