Mediation by Design

Jackie's is an AMDRAS accredited mediator, Her work on bridging divides, promoting understanding, and helping to have difficult conversations and mediate conflict within her "Ultimate Other" framework aligns with the core principles of mediation. She considers conflict and difficult conversations as opportunities, acknowledging that this requires safety and respect for boundaries. For individuals and teams, Jackie’s conflict resolution and mediation services uses traditional mediation processes and human-centred design to understand and resolve, and move  forward with empathy to prevent them from reoccuring.

Each  service  is co-designed with the client to meet their unique needs and can be delivered via a range of modalities.
