COACHING BY DESIGN

Jackie’s coaching practice has taken many iterations and forms over the years. In coaching by design, Jackie utilises the design thinking to support groups and individuals to solve their own “How might we” challenges though empathy. Both programs are offered in house, as part of a combined offering of facilitation and coaching or as stand alone bespoke arrangements.

Group Programs for Women: The Other Women

Focusing on women for individual empathy-centred leadership capabilities is strategic, not remedial: it sharpens an existing advantage, counteracts systemic bias and measurably boosts team outcomes. The smartest organisations, however, pair women‑centred programmes with team facilitation and programs to include everyone.

This peer-to-peer support program is for mid to senior level professional women seeking to enhance their leadership skills, navigate personal and professional challenges, and embrace their authentic selves. THrough participating in the program, participants will be able to:

  • Lead themselves with empathy, greater self-awareness, purpose, and confidence

  • Articulate a leadership narrative and vision for themselves

  • Develop leadership capability within and across teams

  • Build resilience, trust and navigate challenges effectively

  • Be part of a supportive community

Individual Coaching: Flowing Conversations

The ability to have difficult conversations, in an increasingly fractured and polarised world is extremely challenging, even with the best of intentions. Individual coaching transforms self narrative, supporting individuals to have empathy for themselves in order to have empathy for others - to manage teams and conflict better, and have difficult conversations that flow. Individual coaching allows people to:

  • Focus on specific self defined challenges

  • Learn empathetic listening, influence, and the art of difficult conversations through design thinking

  • Practice, implement and review
